designer. The pro's know the importance of: Good software, Proper font
usage, Proper image resolution, CMYK Process colors, PMS colors,
Template usage, Bleeds, crop marks, and guidelines, File Transfer
Protocol.
2. Send your files print ready, and in
printers spread. .
3. Obtain printouts (proofs) and date them.
4. Only submit final files and approved printouts.
5. Do not include key-lines on final art files.
6. Keep changes to a minimum after submitting the files.

7. Incorporate a catalog number and barcode before file
submission.
8. Keep a back-up of your files. Never submit your only
original.
9. Zip or Stuff all files that are sent over the
internet.
10. Images must be CMYK. Resolution should be 300 dpi.
11. Send us flattened files to guarantee no changes will be made to
your files.
