Jewel Box Packaging

Our most common packaging option is the polystyrene jewel box. Since it is the most common, it happens to be one of our most cost effective choices. You can show off your graphics in CD booklet form by choosing any size booklet (2 page through 32 page) and Traycard (1 or 2 sided). You can save some money by printing full color on the front and black and white on the back of the booklets. Full color is very dynamic and impressive. You can choose a clear tray to hold the disc, which allows inside printing on the Traycard. We provide polywrap protection for each jewel box package, and final pack them into 25 or 50 pack corrugated cartons. Our TSI protective cartoning system also includes a master pack carton so each CD is double wall protected which helps keep the jewel boxed CD's in good during their travel to the marketplace.
