Steve Feldman – President -  I oversee day to day operations, working closely with customer service, production, and accounting to ensure stability in all departments.  I am in charge of outside sales and developing strategies and policies to continue the successful growth of Tape Specialty, Inc.

Stu Feldman – Vice President -  I enjoy watching over all technical issues in disc manufacturing, screen printing, tape duplication, and packaging.  In addition, I manage our computer network and software upgrades

Peggy James – Controller/Corporate Secretary -  I am responsible for preparing all financial information, as well as handling all aspects having to do with human resources, payroll, insurance etc.  Other duties include Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. 

Debbie Miller – Operations Manager/Accounting -  My accounting responsibilities include  Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing. 

Joellyn Thompson – Sales & Client Services

Irma Hernandez - Assistant to the President/Lead Product Manager – I work together with Steve Feldman in organizing materials, whether customer supplied or vendor supplied, that are necessary for CD and DVD production.  I also work together with our production staff to solve issues of manufacturing and scheduling. 

Claudia Hernandez – Project Manager - As a project manager, I handle customer's individual needs during the process of manufacturing CD's, DVD's, and audio cassettes.  Besides organizing materials prior to manufacturing, I also track your orders to insure a fast production process.   

Veronica Flores  – Compact Disc Production Manager – My job includes organizing the production schedules for optical disc molding, compact disc screen printing, and CD and DVD packaging. 

Nina Tahan – Receptionist / Accounts Receivable

Fredrick Jones – Audio Cassette Production Manager/Shipping & Receiving -  I oversee all production flow for cassettes, manage the stock levels of raw materials, warehouse organization and safety issues.   

Korina Ramirez – Fulfillment Manager – I manage our customer product inventory which are CD's, DVD's and cassettes are maintained in our organized fulfillment department.  This product is ready to be picked, packed, and drop-shipped to your music distribution warehouse. 

Jenny Kauffman- Mastering - Whether it's smoothing out the levels or assisting with the overall sound, I can prepare your audio programs for either compact disc or cassette duplication  I am also available to answer technical questions for CD and cassette.

Vanessa De Avila – Graphics and CDR duplication -   My main job entails the viewing and checking graphics files that arrive at TSI.  By managing the FTP site, I also route the files to the appropriate departments.
