When sending materials to TSI,
the following guidelines should be followed. Bypassing these
guidelines adds extra time to the sorting and organizational
process that is necessary during the manufacturing of CDs and
DVD’s. This can result in delays and handling charges. |

Packing Slip – All shipments
must be sent with a packing slip which details the contents of the
shipment. Attach a packing slip to the carton labeled as Box #1.

Attention to: - On both the
shipping label and the packing slip, please identify the TSI
customer service representative, project manager, or department you
are sending the materials to. |
| 4. |
List on the packing slip the
number of cartons associated with the shipment. |
| 5. |
On each carton it is best to
label them in succession, i.e. Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 3, Box 3 of 3.

Note special attention should be
given when sending Masters and Digital Files or Films. It is best
to include a separate envelope that is clearly labeled that
“Masters Enclosed”, or “Digital Files Enclosed”. |
| 7. |
Pallets must be measured at 42
inches x 42 inches. Items on a pallet should be shrinkwrapped.
Cartons must not be stacked higher than 42 inches. When 2 or more
titles are on a pallet, clearly identify them with labels on the
outside of the carton. All carton labels must be facing outwards.
