1. Unless credit terms are approved prior to
placing an order, a 75% deposit is required with the order.
2. An order is considered complete when the amount shipped is
plus or minus 10% of the order amount. You will only be charged for the
product received.
3. Masters and printed material will be stored for a period of 1
year after the date of the last order.
4. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
5. California residents must pay applicable sales tax or submit a
resale certificate.
6. All products we manufacture will be replaced at our expense if
found to be defective due to workmanship or materials. Product must be
returned within 30 days of purchase, and may not be returned without
our permission.
7. TSI is acting as a subcontractor and is not responsible or
liable for any taxes, royalties, fees, promotional expense, copyrights,
registration, licensing (or infringement thereof), storage, freight
charges or freight damage.
8. TSI retains a manufacturer's lien on all product until fully
paid for. Customer agrees to pay any reasonable attorney's fees if
necessary for the collection of a past-due balance.
9. There will be a $15.00 charge for returned checks.
10. TSI is not responsible for parts of product left in storage after 1
year from date of last order.
11. TSI accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. |
